Deputies Probe Death

Deputies in Mercer County are investigating the death of a Celina woman.
According to a report from the Mercer County Sheriff's Office, at 12:23 a.m. Sunday, dispatchers received a call that a female fell out of a truck that was in a farm field behind 6092 Burkettsville-St. Henry Road.
When deputies arrived, they determined a pickup truck was doing “donuts” in the farm field when the victim who was sitting partially on the right front passenger’s lap, came out of the truck. Passengers inside the truck reported the victim inadvertently opened the right front passenger door and was thrown from the truck while it was in motion.
The occupants of the truck were:
• Driver: Brandon McGillvary, 21, of 1712 Mockingbird Lane, Celina.
• Right Front Passenger: Gaven Buschur, 18, of 710 West Logan Street, Celina.
• Left Rear Passenger: Chelsie Mobley, 18, of 4962 US Rte. 127, Celina.
• Right rear Passenger: Kalynn Sattler, 19, of 106 Cottonwood Drive, Celina.
The victim has been identified as Alivia M. Nuding, 19, of 679 North Walnut Street, Celina. The truck was a 2008 Ford Super Duty quad cab owned by McGillvary. Nuding was transported to Mercer Health by Celina Squad where she was later pronounced deceased.
This incident remains under investigation.
