Paul M. Johnides, 87, passed away at 2 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013, at the Miller House in Celina.
Paul was from Wooster, where he lived most of his life and recently moved to Celina to be with his family.
He married Donalee Sue Arnette, who died on Aug. 6, 2013.
He was born on Aug. 23, 1925, to the late George and Ruth (Briggs) Johnides in Yorkville.
Survivors include his son and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Jenny Johnides of Celina, Caroll Johnides of Carmel; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law; one sister.
He was preceded in death by his son, John Johnides; by a brother-in-law.
He served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II as a proud member of the U.S. PT Boat Fleet.
Private family interment will be held at a later date in Wooster Cemetery.
