Dorothy L. Williams, 87, of 1604 Bishop Court in Celina, died at 9:58 p.m. Monday, April 15, 2013, at St. Marys Living Center.
She was born on May 26, 1925, in New Bremen, to Arthur and Nudi (Stienecker) Barth.
Survivors include two daughters, Sharon Keith, of St. Marys and Shelia Miller of Celina; nine grandchildren, Ronnie (Missy) Keith, Lori Severt, Pam Keith, Shelly Sweigart, Kim Pearsall, Eric (Kim) Williams, Terry Williams, Preston Keith and Greg (Marcey) Keith; three step-grandchildren, Cory, Cinze and Caley Yoder; 13 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by parents Arthur and Nudi Barth; husband Charlton "Choppy" Williams; son Jerry Williams; brother Leonard Barth; brother William Barth.
She attended New Bremen High school, where she played French horn in the band.
She was a homemaker and had worked at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in St. Marys for a number of years.
She attended St. Paul's United Church of Christ in New Bremen.
Her favorite pastimes included embroidery, sewing, solving crossword puzzles and doing yard work.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys.
Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home on Ohio 703 West.
