Robert “Bob” J. Eshleman, 53, of 817 Hackney St. in St. Marys, died at 6:02 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at Lima Memorial Health System.
He was born on May 4, 1959, in St. Marys, to Stanferd and Marilyn (Kohnen) Eshleman.
He is survived by his wife, Goldie Vining of St. Marys; two daughters, Amanda (Scott) Hayes of Wapakoneta and Ashlei Vining of St. Marys; three grandchildren, Katelyn and Scotty Hayes and Brooklyn McEldowney; his father, Stanferd Eshleman of Minster; two brothers, Gary Eshleman of Minster and Mike Eshleman of New Knoxville; a sister, Carol Eshleman of Russia; three sisters-in-law, Sharon Vining of New Bremen, Tam (Dave) Kanorr of New Knoxville and Janet Baker of Fort Wayne, Ind.; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Eshleman.
He was a 1978 graduate of Minster High School, and worked as a production associate for Westaff Employment Agency. His favorite pastimes included fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys.
Burial will follow at ElmGrove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
