Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship this Saturday: The St Marys Knights of Columbus Council 1592 will sponser the local level of the 2012 Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship on Saturday, January 21 at 4:30 p.m. at Murotech Court in Memorial High School.
The Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship is sponsored annually with winners progressing through local, district,region and state competions .
All boys and girls 10 to 14 years old are eligible to participate and will compete in their respective age divisions.
All contestants on the local level are recognized for their participation in the event. Participants are required to furnish proof of age and written parental consent. Entry forms are available at the intermediate school, middle school , Holy Rosary and Grand Lake Christian Schools. St. Marys-Celina pre-sale tickets available: Tickets for Friday’s Celina at St. Marys boys basketball game will be available beginning on Wednesday at Minster Bank. The junior varsity tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Memorial High School.
