Ivo L. Walterbusch, 75, 410 Kremer Road, Maria Stein, died at 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27, 2008, at the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, of a sudden illness.
He was born Feb. 3, 1933, in Maria Stein, a son of Leo and Frances (Tuente) Walterbusch, and they preceded him in death.
On Aug. 3, 1957, in Frenchtown, he married Betty (Bensman) Walterbusch and she survives.
He is also survived by five children, Ronald (Connie) Walterbusch of Maria Stein, Elaine (Tim) Meyers of St. Henry, James (Sandra) Walterbusch of Minster, Debra (Mark) Holscher of Fort Loramie, Janet (Lee) Rider of Versailles; two sisters; a brother-in-law; and 16 grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by a brother and a brother-in-law.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, at St. John the Baptist Church in Maria Stein, with the Rev. Larry Wyen officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, and from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Friday, at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster. |
