CELINA — Area wedding and party planners gathered at the Galleria of Celina Saturday and Sunday afternoon for Perfect Party Events & Catering’s third annual showcase.

A Reception For All Seasons opened at 1 p.m. Saturday with a room full of table settings, decorations and samples of food, drinks and photography. Event Manager Shelby O’Neill said the event provides an opportunity to show area planners what Perfect Party Events & Catering has to offer.

“We have our in-house vendors and all our decorators to showcase all the Galleria has to offer,” she said.

She noted the free event, which is in its third year, drew a good crowd.

“This is our third year doing this, and it’s been a phenomenal experience,” O’Neill said. “We’re thrilled with the turnout and the chance to show off the Galleria.”

This year’s theme, A Reception For All Seasons, showcased what the Perfect Party Events & Catering can do for a variety of parties.

“We wanted to try to change it up and show people what we can do for all the different seasons,” Owner Deb Schrolucke said.

Schrolucke noted that the event provides an opportunity to see not only what the company has to offer, but also for people to get ideas for their event or wedding.

“I want to show people the hall and see the style of our set ups,” she said, noting that the company caters to on-site and off-site event needs.

Several area brides-to-be were on hand to check out the variety of wedding table arrangements, sample wedding cakes and get information on photographers and music.

A variety of themed table settings were also on display, including a holiday setting that featured red, sparking trees, among other settings, in addition to a variety of food to sample.

Vendors featured at the event included Hawk Eye Photography, Ultra Sound Special Events, West Bank Inn, Flowers by Patricia and Ava Lynn Creations.
