Celina falls to Columbus DeSales

ONTARIO — The Cellina volleyball team bowed out of the Division II regional  at the hands of Columbus DeSales, 25-14, 25-14, 25-17, on Thursday night.

Celina ended a season in which it won its fourth straight outright Western Buckeye League title.


St. Henry moves on, Fort Loramie loses

TIPP CITY — The St. Henry Redskins are a win away from state after downing Jackson Center, 27-25, 25-13, 25-13, on Thursday night at Tippecanoe High School.

The Redskins, who ended the regular season ranked No. 1 in the state, will play Sidney Lehman Catholic on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Tippecanoe.

Sidney Lehman bounced Fort Loramie from the tournament in three games, 25-20, 25-18, 25-16.
