Thomas A. White III, 79, died on Thursday June 6, 2013, at Hospice of Butler and Warren County.

Mr. White was a proud veteran of the United States Navy.

Tom graduated from the University of Dayton and Ohio Northern College of Law.

He was an attorney and practiced for 51 years.

He enjoyed upholding the law the many personal relationships with his colleagues.

He was preceded by his wife of 50 years, Marcia White (nee Miller) in 2011.

He is survived by three children; Randolph ( Rebecca) White of Lakewood Ranch, Fla.; Wendy (Andrew) Ahrens of Brookfield, Wis.; and Thomas (Kara) White IV of Charlestown, Ind.; three sisters, Nanette (John) Bowling, Joan (Lawrence) Fortman, and Kathy (Thomas) Ansley; two sisters-in-law, Carole (Louis) Finkelmeier and Elaine (Joseph) Shea; grandchildren, Ty, Rheana, Katie, Audrey, Annika, and Bianca.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday at Tobias Funeral Home, 5741 Far Hills Ave.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Charles Catholic Church.

Interment will follow in David’s Cemetery.
