Task force arrests 10 in sweep

CELINA — Ten people were arrested on a variety of charges stemming from an investigation by the Grand Lake Task Force.

Arrested as part of the sweep, which included law enforcement from Auglaize and Mercer counties, were:

• Amanda K. Krieg, 24, Mercer County Adult Detention Facility, on three counts of trafficking in heroin, fifth-degree felonies.

• Billy R. Vanover, 31, Mercer County Adult Detention Facility, on two counts of trafficking in heroin, fifth-degree felonies.

• Harrison R. Paul, 27, 222 1/2 Washington St., Celina, on six counts of trafficking in heroin, fifth-degree felonies.

• Zachary D. Sams, 24, ODRC Noble Correctional Institution Caldwell on two counts of trafficking in heroin, fifth-degree felonies, and one count of trafficking in heroin, a fourth-degree felony.

A 2003 Ford Taurus was also seized that was ordered along with the indictment.

• Latisha L. Parker, of Wapakoneta, on three counts of trafficking in heroin, fifth-degree felonies.

Jess L. Belton, Age 28, 8029 US 33 Celina, two counts of trafficking in Drugs (Suboxone, a Schedule III drug), fifth degree felonies.

Belton was also issued a traffic citation for driving under suspension.

• Christina M. Hall, 27, 84 Canal Street, Montezuma, on two counts of trafficking in heroin, fifth-degree felonies.

• Jeffrey P. Overly, 25, 341 W. Fulton St., Celina, on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs (methamphetamine), a first-degree felony, one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs (methamphetamine), a second-degree felony.

• Wesley W. Elam, 21, 310 W. Fayette St., Celina, on one count of trafficking in heroin, fifth-degree felony.

• Miranda M. Carr, 22, 232 S. Ash St., Celina, on one count of trafficking in heroin, a fourth-degree felony, one count of trafficking in heroin, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of trafficking in drugs (suboxone, a Schedule III drug), a fourth-degree felony.

In addition to Carr, John Dulebohn, 33, 232 S. Ash St., Celina, was also taken into custody on a warrant for child endangering, a misdemeanor. The Mercer County Sheriff’s Office and task force are currently looking for one more individual on drug indictments.
