Rosemary Klosterman, 93

Rosemary Klosterman, 93, of Wapakoneta, died at 6:30 a.m., Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at Auglaize Acres.  

She was born on March 22, 1919, in St. Marys, the daughter of Isadore and Alice (Davis) Roth, who preceded her in death.  

On Oct. 8, 1938, she married James L. Klosterman Sr., and he died on March 11, 2011.

Survivors include, five children, Barbara (James) Kwiecinski of Lima, Patty (Mike) Kelley of Wapakoneta, Linda Kuhn of Lima, James L. Klosterman Jr. of Warren, Ind. and Kathy Metzger of Wapakoneta; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Ilene Buck of St. Marys.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Thomas Kelley; two great-grandsons; two sisters, Betty Ahlers and Joan Morrow; by an infant brother, Raymond Roth.

A homemaker, Rosemary was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wapakoneta. She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School.  

Her hobbies included quilting, crocheting, gardening, and in her younger years, fishing.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wapakoneta, the Rev. Dan Hunt, officiating.  

Burial is to follow in the Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.  

The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Thursday at the Bayliff and Eley Funeral Home, Ohio 501 in Wapakoneta.  

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Auglaize Acres Activity Fund.
