Mildred K. Knoth, 97

Mildred K. Knoth, 97, of formerly of Coldwater, died at 5:40 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2011, at Gardens at St. Henry.

She was born on Jan. 8, 1914, in St. Peter, to John and Elizabeth (Koesters) Jutte, and they preceded her in death.

On Sept. 2, 1933, she married Henry J. Knoth, and he preceded her in death on Aug. 28, 2002.

Mildred is survived by five children, Jerry (Barb) Knoth of Yellow Springs, Jim (Nancy) Knoth of Clayton, Janet Turner of Indian Lake, Jane (Jerry) Rutledge of Celina and John (Brenda) Knoth of Nitro, W.Va.; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a brother; a sister; two sisters-in-law.  

She was preceded in death by two sons-in-law; one  grandson; one grandson-in-law; seven brothers and sisters.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.

Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Coldwater.
