Mary Jane Liming, 85, of 812 Greenvale Ave. in St. Marys, died at 2:23 a.m. Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, at Gardens of Celina.
She was born on March 19, 1927, in Arcanum to Arthur and Edna (Allebaugh) Webster.
On July 28, 1945, in Fairborn, she married Ervin Liming, and he died on March 3, 1974.
Survivors include sons Gary (Joann) Liming of St. Marys and Joey Liming of St. Marys; daughter Nancy (David) Liette of St. Marys; 11 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by parents Arthur and Edna Webster; husband Ervin Liming; sons James Liming and S. Andrew Liming; brother Alvin “Bud” Webster.
She was a graduate of Fairborn High School and a school of nursing in Lima. She was a homemaker and retired from JTDM Hospital in St. Marys, where she worked as a licensed practical nurse for 21 years. She was a member of American Legion Post No. 323 and VFW Post No. 9289 auxiliaries, both in St. Marys.
Her favorite pastimes included sewing, fishing, working on her computer and following NASCAR Racing.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. Friday at Miller – Long and Folk Funeral Home (314 W. High St. chapel) in St. Marys, with the Rev. Dr. David Williams, officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton.
Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
