Margaret E. Weitz, 103, formerly of Celina, died on Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at the Heartland Nursing Home in Hillsboro.

She was born on Sept. 20, 1909, in Hopewell Township, Mercer County to John H. and Nettie (Smith) Now.

She was married to Clarence Weitz on Oct. 4, 1930, and he died on Jan. 8, 1995.

He is survived by two daughters, Patricia Brewer of Hillsboro and Virginia (Lavern) Musselman of Xenia; a daughter-in-law, Alice Weitz of Beavercreek; 12 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; 25 great-great-grandchildren; four stepgreat-granchildren and two stepgreat-greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Max E. Weitz; a brother; four sisters; two sons-in-law, Norman Gottschalk and Ed Brewer.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Celina First Church of God, the Revs. Curtis Randolph and Bruce Strine, officiant.

Burial will be held at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.

Calling hours will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at W.H. Dick and Sons - Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina and from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
