Lillian G. Kline, 87

Lillian G. Kline, 87, of rural Rockford, died at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2012, at the Laurels of Shane Hill.

She was born on Sept. 1, 1924, in Wren, to Ralph Lonice Royer and Mamie Dale Swartz, and they preceded her in death.

On June 29, 1946, in Ohio City, she married D. Wayne Kline, and he survives.

She is also survived by two sons, Ron (Cheryl) Kline of St. Marys and Keith (Karen) Kline of Ohio City; a daughter, Barb Baker of Rockford; a brother; 11 grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 15 great-stepgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son-in-law; four brothers; four sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with the Rev. Steven G. Waterman and the Rev. Paul W. Miller officiating. Burial will be held in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City.

Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and one our before the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
