Kelly B. Hennon, 53, of Botkins, died at 6:35 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2013, following sudden illness.  

He was born on Aug. 23, 1959, in Lima.  

His mother and step-father, Letha and Donald Method, survive in New Knoxville.

On March 14, 1981, he married Lorie A. Ott, and she survives.

Other survivors include two daughters, Danielle Eigenbrod and fiancée Richard Gerstner, Botkins, and Melanie Hennon, Botkins; four grandchildren, Kellan and Aidan Eigenbrod, Bria Gerstner, and Brayden Leach; for siblings, Richard Hennon, St. Marys, Bill (Diane) Method, Wapakoneta, Jean (Steve) Turner, Waynesfield and Sandra (Dennis) McLaughlin, Beaver, Pa.

A farmer, Kelly worked as a construction coordinator with Time Warner Cable, Lima.  He served in Korea with the U.S. Army.  While attending Spencerville High School, he played football and was a member of FFA. He was also a member of the 4-H and showed livestock. Kelly raised livestock, but his passion was farming.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, St. Rt. 501, Wapakoneta.  

Burial will follow in the Loramie Valley Cemetery, Botkins, where military service will be conducted by the Wapakoneta V.F.W.   

The family will receive friends 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
