Karen Sue Piper, 64

Karen Sue Piper, 64, of 512 Cron St., Celina, died at 2:55 p.m. Saturday, July 23, 2011, at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus.

She was born on Feb. 24, 1947, in Celina, to Robert and Marceta E. (Detrick) McCullough, and they preceded her in death.

On June 26, 1966, she married Ronald (Butch) Piper of Celina, and he survives her.

She is also survived by her sons, Scott (Joni) Piper and Steve (Lisa) Piper, both of Celina; a daughter, Stephanie (Ross) Zimmer of Celina; nine grandchildren; one great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her sister.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Celina First Church of God, with the Rev. Bruce Strine officiating. Burial will follow in Mercer Memory Gardens.

Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina and one hour before services at the church Wednesday.
