Karen R. Pack, 65, of Wapakoneta, died at 8:26 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2012, at the St. Rita’s Medical Center.
She was born on May 3, 1947, in Lima, the daughter of John U. and Betty (Kimmel) Martin Sr., and they preceded her in death.
She is survived by two children, Beverly (William) Oellerman of Botkins and Dan (Joyce) Pack of Lima; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five siblings, Bob Martin, Joyce (Don) Sheipline, John (Becky) Martin Jr., Jean (Pat) Schneider, all of Wapakoneta, and Vic Martin of Oklahoma; a former husband, Bert Pack of Anna.
Karen worked for more than 30 years at Findlay Industries and also worked filing out tax forms. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wapakoneta. She enjoyed using the computer and being on Facebook.
A private family graveside service will be held.
The family will receive friends from noon to 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Long and Folk Chapel, 13 S. Blackhoof St., Wapakoneta.
