John “Jake” F. Frey III, 40

John “Jake” F. Frey III, 40, of 520 N. Pear St., St. Marys, died on Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011, at his residence.

He was born on Aug. 9, 1971, in St. Marys, to John II and Mary (Makley) Frey, and his mother survives him in St. Marys. His father and stepmother, Barb Frey, survive him in Colorado Springs, Colo.

On Sept. 20, 2003, in St. Marys, he married Hope Hall, and she survives him.

He is also survived by three daughters, Tabatha Thornsberry of St. Marys, Summer Frey of St. Marys and Jonda Frey of St. Marys; a son, Jakey Frey of St. Marys; two grandchildren; three sisters; two brothers.

He was preceded in death by a son, John Frey IV and his life partner.

Services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel), St. Marys. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.

Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
