James M. Luneke, 64

James M. Luneke, 64, of 5448 Wilson Drive, Celina, died at 1:45 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012, at his residence.

He was born on July 31, 1947, in Dayton, to Carl L. and Gertrude R. (Raffel) Luneke, and they preceded him in death.

On March 11, 1967, in Richmond, Ind., he married Phyllis A. George, and she survives.

He is also survived by two sons, James Luneke of Dayton and Tim Luneke of Dayton; a daughter, Angela (Rodney) Simpson of Celina; four grandchildren; a sister.

He was preceded in death by a brother; a sister.

A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Montezuma, with the Rev. Richard Friebel officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West), St. Marys.
