Howard B. Putman, 79

Howard B. Putman, 79, of Spencerville, died on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013, at his home.  He was born on Feb. 21, 1933, in Willshire, to George H. and Emma Fredaricka (Pflueger) Putman.  

On Aug. 16, 1958, he married Norma J. Ralston who survives.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Norma, are two daughters Leisha (Troy) Comer of Wapakoneta, and Leslie (John) Ringwald of Van Wert; three granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; a brother; a sister; a sister-in-law.

Graveside services for family and friends will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.  

Military rites will be conducted at the gravesite by the Celina VFW.

Memorials may be to the donor’s choice.
