One winning streak ends, while another continues.

The Minster Wildcats won their fifth straight game Thursday night, another impressive feat, in a 43-33 Midwest Athletic Conference game against New Bremen.

The win moves the Wildcats farther apart from the rest of the conference aside from Fort Recovery. Minster (12-2, 6-0 MAC) is now four games ahead of the Cardinals (11-4, 3-2) who fell to fourth place with a New Knoxville win.

The Cardinals travel to St. Marys in another tough game on Saturday. The Cardinals came into Thursday's game winning six straight.
