Geneva M. Kerber, 92

Geneva M. Kerber, 92, formerly of Minster, of Findlay, died at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012, at her daughter’s residence in Findlay.

She was born on March 12, 1920, in Screven, Ga., to John and Katherine (Brandewie) Dues, and they preceded her in death.

In 1946, she married William Kerber, and he preceded her in death in 1953. In 1956, she married Paul Kerber, and he preceded her in death on Dec. 6, 1977.

She is survived by two daughters, Cindy (Tony) Lanagan of Findlay and Susan (Larry) Krieg of New Castle, Ind.; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three siblings.

She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Mary Geneva; two grandchildren; a son-in-law; three siblings; a sister-in-law.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster, with the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will take place in St. Augustine Cemetery.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 8:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Saturday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster. 

The family requests donations be made to St. Joseph Indian School.
