Florence Paulus, 85, of Celina, died at 4:23 a.m. Sunday, July 22, 2012, at the Gardens of Celina.

She was born on Dec. 5, 1926, in St. Henry, to James Clifford Jacobs and Mary Louise Rafferty, and they preceded her in death.

In April 1980, she married Norbert Paulus, and he preceded her in death.

She is survived by four sons, Jim (Cindy) Mott of Orlando, Fla., John Mott of St. Marys, Jerry (Amber) Mott and Joe (Cindy) Mott of Celina; two daughters, Elizabeth Staugler of Celina and Mary J. Mott of Bradenton, Fla.; two stepchildren, Tony Paulus of Piqua and Gary (Michelle) Paulus of Vandalia; 27 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; a brother; two sisters-in-law; a brother-in-law.

She was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Mott; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers; seven sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will be held in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina.
