Event Helps ACCA's Mission

September 3, 2014

ST. MARYS — September is National Senior Center Month, and the Auglaize Council on Aging has found a fun, festive way to celebrate. It will host the third annual Auglaize County Harvestfest from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 13 at the Auglaize County Fairgrounds east gate entrance. Entry is $1 or a canned good that will be donated to a local food pantry.

New this year will be a car show, which will run all day. Door prizes will be given to the first 30 entrants, and the cost to enter is $5.

The event will also feature chicken and rib dinners provided by Sweet Caroline’s. Tickets for chicken dinners are $8 and $11 for rib dinners, and can be purchased directly from the ACCA.
