Eric L. Revolt, 45

Eric L. Revolt, 45, of 117 Cedarhurst Drive, Lot 13, St. Marys, died suddenly on Tuesday, June 19, 2012, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.

He was born on Nov. 19, 1966, in St. Marys, the son of Leonard and Marge (Wurster) Revolt, and his father preceded him in death. His mother survives him in Mendon.

He is survived by his four children, Brandy Revolt of St. Marys, Tiffany Revolt of Spencerville, Cody (and Taren Roeder) Revolt of Spencerville and Shelby Revolt of Spencerville; his paternal grandmother, Lavere Alexander of St. Marys; numerous nieces and nephews; his brothers, Tony (Anita) Revolt of St. Marys, Scott Revolt of St. Marys, Chad (Crystal) Revolt of St. Marys and Shawn Revolt of St. Marys.

He was preceded in death by an uncle, Todd Revolt.

Eric was a 1983 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. He was a lime spreader at Pohlkat in St. Marys.

He attended the First Church of the Nazarene in St. Marys. He enjoyed yard work, working on old cars and motorcycles and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a member of Eagles Lodge 767.

Funeral rites will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St. Marys, with the Rev. Tim Smith and the Rev. Bill Drummond officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be directed to Eric’s family.
