Elsie E. Leugers, 102, of McCartyville, died at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at the Meadows at Ottawa Glandorf.

She was born on March 3, 1909, in Minster, to Frank and Rose (Thieman) Wacker, who preceded her in death.

On October 9, 1946, she married Norbert W. Leugers and he preceded her in death.

She is survived by a son, Greg (Mary) Leugers of Sylvania; a daughter, Paula (Kenneth) Elchinger of Ottawa; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Gerald, and a brother.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, at Sacred Heart Catholic Chruch in McCartyville with the Rev. John Tonkin officiating. Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Cemetery in McCartyville.

Friends may call at Sacred Heart Church from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Friday.
