Donna Rose Jacobs, 68

Donna Rose Jacobs, 68, of 111 S. Buckeye St.,  St. Marys, died at 2:25 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, at Kindred Hospital in Lima.

She was born on March 14, 1943, in Detroit, Mich., to Elmer C. and Florence L. (Duffern) Kusterer, and they preceded her in death.

On March 4, 1967, in St. Marys, she married Jack A. Jacobs, and he survives.

She is also survived by a son, David (Tammy) Jacobs  of St. Marys; two sisters; three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by  a son, Todd Jacobs; two brothers; a sister.

Rites are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday at Miller – Long & Folk Funeral Home, 314 W. High St., St. Marys. Burial will be at the Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.

Visitation   will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
