Deanna R. Kuzmyn, 76

Deanna R. Kuzmyn, 76, of 232 Marsh Drive, St. Marys, died at 11:15 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.

She was born on Aug. 10,1937, in Hamilton, the daughter of Raymond and Dorothy (Wilson) Hogan.

She married Alexander Kuzmyn on May 26, 1979, and he survives at the residence.

She is survived by her three children, Daniel (Sarah) Leugers of Fort Loramie, Richard (Debrah) Leugers of Celina and Michael (Rosalind) Leugers of St. Marys; by 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by three sisters, Barbara (Robert) Wade of Celina; Kathleen Bruggeman of Las Vegas, Nev.; and Judy Thompson of Rockford.

She is survived by two brothers-in-law, Vladymir Kuzmyn of St. Marys and John Kuzmyn of Phoenix, Ariz.; a sister-in-law, Valentina Yaney of St. Marys; by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by one sister, Patricia Garmen.

Deanna was a graduate of Celina High School. She retired from the Huffy Manufacturing Company in Celina and then later worked providing home health care services. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and going to flea markets. She loved being a mom and grandmother, and her life was dedicated to caring for her family.

Funeral rites will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St. Marys, the Rev. Jason King officiant.

Private family burial rites will be held at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to the Cancer Association of Auglaize County.
