David J. Troxell, 67

David J. Troxell, 67, of 116 S. Pear St., St. Marys, died at 3 a.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at the St. Marys Living Center.

He was born on July 1, 1945, in Cincinnati, the son of Earl and Martha (Schultz) Troxell. They preceded him in death.

He is survived by his close friends, Jay (Jenny) Vorhees of St. Marys.

Dave was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in Vietnam during the war there.

He was employed at St. Marys Hardware, where he repaired lawnmowers.

He had previously worked at Sources in Celina.

He was Roman Catholic.

Graveside burial rites will be held at Dayton National Cemetery, with Military Honors presented by the United States Air Force Honor Guard.
