Courts Named To Minster Bank

ST. MARYS — Members of a local school board awarded naming rights to a new tennis complex during a special meeting Friday evening.

Members of the St. Marys Board of Education awarded the naming rights to the new tennis complex at the high school-middle school site to Minster Bank for a period of five years.

The proceeds for the naming rights agreement are to be directed to the district’s Permanent Improvement Fund as follows: $1,666 for 2012, $1,667 for 2013 and $1,667 for 2014.

At 6:32 p.m., board members entered into executive session to consider the discipline of a public employee or official. No action was taken when board members reconvened into regular session.

The next meeting of the St. Marys Board of Education will be at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 12 at the high school.
