Constance J. Bruns – Enicks, 70

Constance J. Bruns – Enicks, 70, formerly of St. Marys, died on Friday, Sept. 23, 2011, in Zephyrhills, Fla.

She was born on March 21, 1941, in Lenore, W.Va., to Nelson and Emma (Bevins) Hall, and they preceded her in death.

On Aug. 22, 1983, in Greenville, she married Franklin O. Enicks, and he preceded her in death on June 30, 2004.

She is survived by two sons, John (Donna) Bruns  of St. Marys and Dan (Mary) Bruns of Zephyrhills, Fla.; a daughter, Donna (Doug) Albers of New Bremen; six grandchildren, Andrew Bruns, Justin Bruns, Mitchell Bruns, Ross Bruns, Jake Albers and Jenna Albers; two sisters, Donna (Joe) Boerger of Dayton and Patty (Ray) Hardings of Bryan; two brothers, Nelson (Debbie) Hall Jr. of Lenore, W.Va., and Ronnie (Deb) Hall of Lenore, W.Va.; her best friend, Joyce Kochol of Zephyrhills, Fla.

She was preceded in death by her former husband, John Bruns Sr.

She retired from Crown Equipment Corporation in New Bremen, where she worked as a receiving inspector. She was a member of Agape Baptist Church in Zephyrhills, Fla., and had been a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9289 Auxiliary and the Eagles Lodge Aerie 767, both in St. Marys, the Moose Lodge in Celina and the American Legion auxiliary in Coldwater.

Constance enjoyed retirement living in sunny Florida. While there, she volunteered for WWJD Food Ministry. Her favorite pastimes included reading, shopping, cruising and caring for her canine companion, Tiny.

Services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Sat. at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel), St. Marys. Burial will follow at Burge Cemetery in Montezuma.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to Gideons International or to Susan G. Komen for the Cure Fund.
