Colleen Ann Heckler, 86, of 312 Oak St. in Celina, passed away at 7:20 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born on July 4, 1926, in Stanley, Wis., to the late Charles and Loretta (Trierweiler) Baldeshwiler.
On April 27, 1946, she married Dale Heckler, who died on Sept. 20, 1999.
Survivors include her three sons, Mike and Betty Heckler of Coldwater, Elden and Chrisann Heckler of Celina, Charles and Bridget Heckler of Celina; two daughters, Teresa and Jim Tolan of Celina, Darlene and Bill Lewis of Tipp City; 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; her brother; two brothers-in-law; a sister-in-law.
Colleen was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her son, Frederick Dale Heckler; a sister and brother-in-law; four brothers-in-law; a sister-in-law.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, the Rev. Kenneth G. Alt C.PP.S., officiant.
Burial will follow in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and before 10 a.m. Friday at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to the I.C. Endowment Fund or Grand Lake Hospice.
