Carolyn D. Phillips, 60, of Celina, died at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Celina Manor Nursing Home of natural causes.

She was born on Aug. 17, 1952, in Lima, to parents T.J. and Helen (Benzing) Roop, both of whom survive in Wapakoneta.

On Oct. 28, 1972, she married Russell Phillips, who survives in Celina.

She is also survived by two sons, Marc Phillips of Van Wert, and Ryan Phillips of Continental; two daughters, Melissa Phillips of Celina and Heather Phillips of Celina; a brother; her father-in-law; two sisters; by eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother; and by a sister.
