Bettina “Janie” Winters, 68

Bettina “Janie” Winters, 68, of 215 Knoxville Ave., St. Marys, died at 11:05 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, in the Emergency Department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.

She was born on June 9, 1945, in Celina, the daughter of Harold and Betty (Goodwin) Dunlap.

She is survived by her siblings, James (Sandy) Dunlap of St. Marys, Sandra (Dennis) Kugler of St. Marys, Kathy Ward of St. Marys, Valerie (Danny) Salisbury of St. Marys, Anita (Ron) Savage of St. Marys; by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; by her brothers, Harold Dunlap Jr., Ronald Dunlap, Michael Dunlap and Stevie Dunlap.

Janie had formerly worked at the Evening Leader Printing Company in St. Marys. She enjoyed going to bingo and working on puzzle books. She was a homebody who loved taking care of her family.

Funeral rites will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St. Marys, the Rev. Craig Cisco, officiant.

Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.

Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, and one hour prior to services on Monday.
