Bertha Elizabeth Anna (Mueller) Seger, 87

Bertha Elizabeth Anna (Mueller) Seger, 87, of Yorkshire, died at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at her residence.

She was born on Dec. 23, 1925, on a farm east of Osgood, the youngest child of the late Anton and Elizabeth (Meyer) Mueller.

On Aug. 27, 1947, she married Frederick Seger, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her six children and their spouses, Diana and William Walker of Huber Heights, David and Carol of Centerville, Donald and Judy of Bellbrook, Dennis and Debra of Tipp City, Deborah and Mark  Gehle of Yorkshire, Lisa and Steven McNeilan of Versailles; 21 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.

Seven sisters and two brothers also preceded her in death.

In celebration of her life, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Osgood, the Rev. David Zink officiating.

Interment will follow at the church cemetery.

Calling hours will be held from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
