Algar S. Moeller, 78, of Coldwater, died on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012, at the Gardens at St. Henry.

He was born on Dec. 31, 1933, in New Weston, to Daniel and Henrietta (Stammen) Moeller, and they preceded him in death.

On July 21, 1954, in Osgood, he married Velma (Grieshop), and she survives in Coldwater.

He is also survived by five children, Larry (Julie) Moeller of Fort Loramie, Bruce (Diane) Moeller of Maria Stein, Allen (Wendy) Moeller of Waynesfield, Chris (Christine) Moeller of Concord, N.C., and Gerri (Denis) Schlater of Coldwater; 19 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; seven siblings; three in-laws.

He was preceded in death by three brothers- and sisters-in-law.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater, with the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.

Friends may call from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Coldwater.
