Another person in the vehicle was arrested on a Mercer County probation violation. Seth T. Hall, 27, of Celina, was taken into custody and transported to Mercer County. Other drug related paraphernalia items were also allegedly located in the vehicle.
Two other passengers in the vehicle were Tina K. Hall, 48, and Craig Hall, 49, both Celina. The two were released pending further investigation.
