BOTKINS — It’s been a cold few weeks for offenses opposing the Rangers.
The New Knoxville girls basketball team held a fourth straight opponent to fewer than 30 points and won its ninth straight game in a 57-25 win at Botkins on Monday night.
“After being off for three days, cold weather and the bus ride here, I’ll take it,” New Knoxville head coach Tim Hegemier said.
The Rangers held Botkins to 28 percent shooting and forced 23 Trojan turnovers. Botkins was just 3 of 17 from the floor in the second half.
