The New Knoxville girls basketball team held a fourth straight opponent to fewer than 30 points and won its ninth straight game in a 57-25 win at Botkins on Monday night.
“After being off for three days, cold weather and the bus ride here, I’ll take it,” New Knoxville head coach Tim Hegemier said.

ST. MARYS — Efficiency ruled the night for the surging Celina Bulldogs in a 62-40 win over the St. Marys boys basketball team on Friday night.
Celina hit eight of the first nine shots it took and went 15 of 18 (83 percent) from the floor in the first half to build a 10-point halftime lead. The Bulldogs then wore on the Roughriders with a suffocating brand of defense.
NEW KNOXVILLE — The New Bremen Cardinals came through in crunch time once again.
