Maurice J. “Moe” Feltz, 89, of Harbor Point in Celina, died at 3:03 a.m. Saturday, June 21, 2014, at Celina Manor Nursing Home in Celina.

He was born on Dec. 17, 1924, in Casella, to Albert “Blackie” and Catherine (Frong) Feltz, who are deceased.

In Oct. 1977, he married Sally Steen-Adams, who survives.

Ina Fay Cisco, 87, of Celina, died on Saturday, June 21, 2014, at her residence of natural causes.

She was born on April 9, 1927, in Noble Township, Auglaize County, to parents Milo and Ruth (Potts) Johns, both of whom preceded her in death.

She first married Norman Wurster, who preceded her in death.

She then married William Cisco, who also preceded her in death.

Norman G. “Ez” Wierwille, 80

Norman G. “Ez” Wierwille, 80, of 310 S. East St., New Knoxville, died at 7:35 p.m. Thursday, June 19, 2014, at St. Ritas Medical Center, Lima.

He was born on Jan. 1, 1934, in New Knoxville, the son of Ezra and Lenora (Katterheinrich) Wierwille.

He married Lillian Schroer on Sept. 4, 1954, at the First United Church of Christ in New Knoxville, and she survives at the residence.

Patricia A. Mangum, 67

Patricia A. Mangum, 67, of Florence, S.C., passed away on June 9, 2014.

She was born on Aug. 1, 1946, in Celina, to the late Kenneth and Garnet Rodeheffer. She was a graduate of New Knoxville High School, Class of 1964.

She was married to Richard Westefeld, who passed away in January 1997. She later married Charles Mangum, who passed away in July 2013.

William L. Warren, 79

June 20, 2014

William L. Warren, 79, of St. Marys, died suddenly on Thursday, June 19, 2014, at his residence.

He was born on Aug. 23, 1934, in Adams County, the son of James and Judy (Higginbotham) Warren.

He married Wanda Beers on July 25, 1959, and she preceded him in death on March 29, 1981.

He is survived by his two sons, Douglas Warren of St. Marys and Pastor Bob (Sheena) Warren of St. Marys, by three grandchildren, Hayden Warren, Whitney Warren and Jessica Root. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, William Root, Matthew Root and Riley Root.

Joseph F. Voisin, 71, of 2100 Celina Road in St. Marys, died  at 8:08 a.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at his residence.

He was born on Dec. 31, 1942, in Mount Pleasant, Mich., to Joseph and Fetta Grace (Martin) Voisin.

On Sept. 5, 1989, in Sevierville, Tenn., he married Lana Jean Minkner-Zeigler, who survives.

Connie Lynn (Sholler) Cox, 68

Connie Lynn (Sholler) Cox, 68, of Celina, died peacefully in her sleep at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, June 15, 2014, at her daughter’s home near Wapakoneta, surrounded by her children, after a brief illness.

Connie Lynn was born on Jan. 26, 1946, in Wapakoneta, the oldest of six children, to the late Helen Mae (Sholler) Gallimore.  

William Bert Pack, 68

William Bert Pack, 68, of Anna, died at 2:29 p.m. Sunday, June 15, 2014, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.  

He was born on Sept. 13, 1945, in Omar, W.Va., the son of Wiley and Sarah (Prater) Pack, who preceded him in death.

Betty A. Link, 81

June 17, 2014

Betty A. Link, 81, of Fort Recovery, died on Monday, June 16, 2014, at Elmwood Communities in New Bremen.

She was born on Nov. 21, 1932, in Darke County, to the late John and Erta (Keefauver) White.

On Feb. 7, 1959, she married Gustave Link in Greenville. He preceded her in death on May 9, 2013.

Claude Edward Heintz, 73

June 17, 2014

Claude Edward Heintz, 73, of Lakeview, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2014, at Dublin Methodist Hospital in Dublin.

Claude was born on Feb. 8, 1941, near Jackson Center, to the late Claude O. and Ruth A. Thompson Heintz.

On Dec. 3, 1966, he married the former Sylvia “Peach” Carter, and she preceded him in death on Jan. 11, 2006.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Carol Shaffer, three brothers, Paul, Roger and Loren and a brother-in-law, Jack Shaffer.
