Mrs. Amanda Weigandt Wells, 31, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, surrounded by her family at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago, Ill., because of complications incurred during the birth of her daughter, Abigail Juliana (AJ).
Mandi was born on Feb. 7, 1980, in Minster, to Richard and Juliana Weigandt, and they survive her in Minster.
On Sept. 15, 2007, in Syracuse, Ind., she married Leighton Wells, and he survives her.
November 1st
Billie Shelton, 73, of Lima, died at 6:10 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, at his residence.
He was born on May 27, 1938, in Jackson, Ky., to Bud and Mary Combs Shelton, and they preceded him in death.
On April 7, 2003, he married Hester Robinson, and she survives him in Lima.
Anne Prueter, 86, of 1315 Kimberly Drive, St. Marys, and a longtime resident of Perrysburg, died at 9:46 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, at the Gardens of Celina.
She was born on April 4, 1925, in Waynesfield, to P. L. and Addie (Coolidge) Pepple, and they preceded her in death.
On March 23, 1947, she married Albert “Tiny” Prueter, and he preceded her in death on May 22, 2005.
Ned Temple, 76, of Celina, died at 10:50 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, at the Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford.
He was born on Aug. 15, 1935, in Rockford, to Lowell and Helen (Cook) Temple, and they preceded him in death.
On Dec. 29, 1956, he married Janice A. Kolp, and she survives him.
He is also survived by two sons, Tom (Shelly) Temple of Vandalia and Scott Temple of Dayton; two daughters, Valerie (Chris) Anspaugh of Plain City and Sheila (Jim) Hawkins Jr. of Celina; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Ruth (Wollam) Cassonova, 84, formerly of Mendon, died on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, in Pottstown, Pa.

Roberta Barnes, 94, of St. Marys, died on Friday, Oct. 28, 2011, at Otterbein – St. Marys.

Lavern S. Rindler, 86, of St. Henry, died at 10:40 a.m. Monday, Oct. 31, 2011, at the Gardens at St. Henry.
He was born on Jan. 1, 1925, in Cranberry Prairie, to Ferd and Mary (Bohman) Rindler, and they preceded him in death.
On Oct. 5, 1948, in North Star, he married Dolores H. (Huber), and she preceded him in death on Sept. 30, 2001.

Rita F. Siefring, 79, of Carthagena, formerly of Burkettsville, died at 4:05 a.m. Monday, Oct. 31, 2011, at St. Charles Center in Carthagena.
She was born on Nov. 22, 1931, in Yorkshire, to Joseph and Katherine (Walterbusch) Mescher, and they preceded her in death.
On June 17, 1959, in Osgood, she married Elmer J. Siefring, and he preceded her in death on April 9, 2005.
Marie C. (Ratterman) Meinerding, 87, formerly of Louis Street, Fort Loramie, passed away of natural causes Sunday morning, Oct. 30, 2011, at the Versailles Health Care Center, where she had been a resident.
She was born on Jan. 3, 1924, in Dayton, to George and Jane (Barga) Ratterman, and they preceded her in death.
On June 21, 1947, at St. Michael Church in Fort Loramie, Marie was married to Ivo H. Mienerding, and he preceded her in death on Oct. 13, 1996.
Lowell E. Loughridge, 87, of 1909 Knapke Court, Celina, died on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, at Celina Manor.
He was born on Jan. 23, 1924, in Celina, to James L. and Ilo D. (Ford) Loughridge, and they preceded him in death.
On Oct. 17, 1945, he married Lucille C. Meier, and she preceded him in death on July 22, 2009.
