Adam D. Warren, 34, of 74 Riley St., Montezuma, died at 10:15 p.m. Monday, Aug. 25, 2014, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.
He was born on June 16, 1980, in Dayton, the son of Alan and Debra (Mullins) Warren.
He married Trista Scaggs on May 18, 2003, in Clayton, and she survives at the residence.
Susan “Sue” Collingsworth, 71, of 903 E. Spring St., St. Marys, died 11:05 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22, 2014, at the St. Marys Living Center.
She was born on June 10, 1943, in Garrett, Ind., the daughter of Martha (Daughtery) and Leroy Lower Sr.
She married Fred Collingsworth on April 24, 1971, and he survives in St. Marys.
She is survived by her children, Glenda (John Proutey) Garrison of Lexington, Ky.; Fred Collingsworth Jr. of St. Marys; Jeff (Amanda) Collingsworth of Sidney; by five grandchildren and two sisters.
Raymond A. Heitman, 89, of 10701 State Route 119, Anna, died at 8:12 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014, at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney, following a brief illness.
He was born on Sept. 18, 1924, in Minster, to Albert and Margaret (Zircher) Heitman. They preceeded him in death.
He was married on April 25,1945, to Betty Hamp, and she preceded him in death on Feb. 7, 2011.
Alphonse C. Schroeder, 88, of Columbus Grove, formerly of New Bavaria passed away at 8:50 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014, at The Meadows of Kalida.
Al was born on Aug. 2, 1926, near New Cleveland, to August and Frances (Maag) Schroeder, both of whom preceded him in death.
He married Angela Klear, who survives at The Meadows of Kalida, on Aug. 2, 1950, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, New Bavaria. He celebrated 64 years of marriage with the love of his life.
Leo E. Chiles, 86, of Wapakoneta, died at 5 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 17, 2014, at Otterbein-Cridersville.
He was born on Nov. 28, 1927, in St. Marys, the son of Roger L. and Bessie (Parke) Chiles, who preceded him in death.
On Feb. 24, 1951, he married Mary Lou Walker, and she died on July 15, 1996.
Gary L. Dingledine, 55, of 669 Grove Lane, St. Marys, died on Sunday, Aug. 17, 2014, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
He was born on March 10, 1959, in St. Marys, the son of Thomas and Patricia (Zumbroegel) Dingledine.
He is survived by his daughter, Chelsea (fiance Drew Klepinger) Dingledine of St. Marys, by a granddaughter, Kaleigh Klepinger of St. Marys, by his siblings, Dave (Sandy) Dingledine of St. Marys, Michael (Jane) Dingledine of Coldwater, Paul (Mindy) Dingledine of Celina, Mary (Mark) Cook of Springboro and by his beloved dog, Stain.
Bernice Dexter, 95, of Celina, died at 10:34 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014, at the Gardens of Celina.
She was born on March 22, 1919, in Celina, the daughter of Howard and Ada (Brown) Behm.
She married Robert Lloyd Grimm in 1938, and he preceded her in death in 1984. She was also preceded in death by her husband Clyde Dexter.
Jerry F. Spoon, 86, of Van Wert, died at 12:10 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014, at the CHP Inpatient Hospice Center in Van Wert.
He was born on July 27, 1928, in Kirby, to parents Raymond W. and Marie Elizabeth (Kuntz) Spoon.
On Dec. 27, 1946, he married Helen Maxine Bolinger at First United Methodist Church in Van Wert. She preceded him in death on Dec. 4, 2012.
Clayton Prater, 59, of 6953 State Route 219, Celina, died at 6:53 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014, in the emergency department of Coldwater Community Hospital.
He was born on Jan. 6, 1955, in Floyd County, Ky., the son of Douglas and Genevene (Chaffins) Prater, and they preceded him in death.
He married Cynthia Krugh on June 19, 1981, and she survives at the residence.
James A. Bernhold, 67, of 252 S. Hanover St., Minster, died at 11:45 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
He was born on Oct. 31, 1946, in Minster, to the late Maurice and Elizabeth (Westerheide) Bernhold. He married Catherine Byron on Nov. 26, 1971, and she survives in Minster.
He is also survived by son Christopher Bernhold of Minster and daughter Katie and Jaime Murphy of Mechanicsburg, Penn.; grandchildren James; Harper and Larkin; brother Rolly and Mary Bernhold of Minster; and sister Barbara and Don Bollheimer of Minster.
