Virgil E. Beam, 76, of Wapakoneta, died at 1:13 a.m., Monday, March 11, 2013, at his residence.
Arrangements are incomplete at the Bayliff and Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta.
Mildred F. Steele, 86, of Wapakoneta, died at 4:33 a.m., Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born on Nov. 17, 1926, in Pineville, Ky., the daughter of Luther and Sarah (Partin) Evans, who preceded her in death.
On Nov. 25, 1953, she married Earl “Bud” Gannon, and he died on Sept. 9, 1961.
March 8th
James “Jim” Brent Parker of Hazel Green, 68, went peacefully to be with the Lord and loved ones in heaven on Feb. 21, 2013.
He was born on Oct. 10, 1944 in Celina to the late Bernie “B.L.” Parker and Nelma Jane Parker. His mother now resides in Mount Cory.

Ruth E. Littlefield, 102, formerly of St. Marys, died on Monday, March 4, 2013, at Alden Towne Manor in Chicago, Ill.
She was born on Dec. 20, 1910, in St. Marys, to Charles and Emma (Hager) Wieter.
Survivors include a daughter, Cheryl Christine (James) Twombly of Chicago, Ill.; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a cousin.
She was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Emma Wieter; two sisters; two brothers.
She was a homemaker and worked as a housekeeper for many years.
Rick “Tiny” Boyd, 47, of Spencerville, died on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at his residence.
He was born on Oct. 9, 1965, in St. Marys.
He was the son of William Sr. and Jeanne (Lehman) Boyd.
On June 11, 2011, he married Melissa (Smith-Walker) Boyd, who survives in Spencerville.

Ruth Littlefield, 102, formerly of St. Marys, died on Monday, March 4, 2013, in Chicago, Ill. Arrangements are being completed with the Miller Funeral Homes in St. Marys.
c, of 106 W. High St. in Mendon, died at 9:12 p.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, at Lima Memorial Health System.
He was born on March 25, 1943, in Omaha, Neb., to Kenneth and Wauneta (Woods) Stanek.
Survivors include four daughters, Tammy (David) Brott of Omaha, Neb., Tracey Stanek of Omaha, Neb., Kelly Bettcher of Omaha, Neb., Michelle Petzold of Eugene, Ore.; a son, David Scroggins of Decatur, Ill.; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister.
Jesse Duane "JD" Springer, 49, of Celina, died on Monday, March 4, 2013, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
He was born on Nov. 21, 1963, in Polk County, Fla., to Norman Duane and Jessie Kendall Springer.
He married Lisa Browder on April 15, 2006, and she survives.
He is also survived by a son and daughter, Justin and Jennifer Springer, both of Coldwater; a stepdaughter, Amber (Ryan) Holycross of DeGraff; a brother; two granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

Betty J. Sondergelt, 91, of Springfield, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2013.
She was born on Oct. 19, 1921, in St. Marys, the daughter of Albert and Louise (Hoewischer) Hudson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 47 years, Robert L. Sondergelt; a sister; and four brothers.
Survivors include her three daughters, Sue Sondergelt of Cape Haze, Fla., Diane Sondergelt of Worthington, and Cindy (Tom) Bloch of Georgetown, Ky.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
