Donald L. “Donnie” Fisher, 66, of Wapakoneta, died on Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, from complications following a stroke on May 27.
He was born on Dec. 31, 1945, in Lima, the son of Clem and Hilda (Eisert) Fisher, and they preceded him in death.
On Nov. 23, 1968, he married Pam Opperman, and she survives.
