Fred W. Struben Jr., 85, of Westport, passed away at 1:05 a.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2011, at the Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
He was born on Feb. 1, 1926, in Nebraska, Ind., to Fredrick William and Flora (Lienhoop) Struben, and they preceded him in death.
On Oct. 7, 1949, in Cincinnati, he married Dorothy Marie Fish, and she preceded him in death on Aug. 11, 1978. On June 8, 1984, in Elizabethtown, he married Joyce Ann Crawhorn, and she survives him.
Pamela J. Johnson Mangin Stover, 64, of Wapakoneta, died at 6:30 a.m. Monday, July 4, 2011, at her residence.
She was born on May 3, 1947, to Harold A. and Lola M. (Colley) Johnson in Lima. Her father preceded her in death and her mother survives in Lima.
On March 27, 1965, she married Donald D. Mangin Sr. On July 8, 1979, she married William F. Stover, and he preceded her in death on Feb. 6, 1998.
Phillip M. Lewis, 55, of 117 S. Main St., St. Marys, died on Saturday, June 25, 2011, at his residence.
He was born on Sept. 5, 1955, in Celina, the son of Raymond K. and Nora (Colwell) Lewis, and they preceded him in death.
He is survived by a daughter, Mahala Lewis of Savannah, Ga.; a granddaughter, Eisabella Bush of Savannah, Ga.; a sister, Bonnie (Bruce) Opperman of Elida; a stepsister, Judy (Chuck) Cuffaro of Gold Canyon, Ariz.; several nieces.
