WAPAKONETA — A Waynesfield woman died in a single vehicle crash Sunday afternoon.
ST. MARYS — City officials are in the process of developing policies to help curb illegal dumping and other unsanctioned activities at the former landfill.
In the past few weeks, the city has dealt with a number of issues at the facility ranging from illegal dumping to nonresidents taking mulch and other materials from the location. St. Marys Safety-Service Director Greg Foxhoven said the issues are starting to become a serious problem.

CRIDERSVILLE — Two people died from injuries suffered in a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 75 near Cridersville Friday night.
According to a report from the Wapakoneta Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, at approximately 9 p.m., John Strachan, 41, of Dayton, was driving a 2004 Harley Davidson motorcycle northbound on I-75 with a passenger, Helen Coleman, 47, of Dayton. Strachan was in the left lane with a group of approximately 20 other motorcycles. Several of the motorcycles lost control for an unknown reason.
