NEW BREMEN — Councilors heard an update Tuesday night on several construction projects that are wrapping up around the village as the season comes to a close.
In his report to councilors, Village Administrator Wayne York reviewed the progress of the construction projects underway.
“Tumbusch Construction is working on the sanitary sewer in the alley on the south side of the Crown Education Center and continuing westward,” York told councilors at their meeting Tuesday night.
“That’s in progress.”
ST. MARYS — Officers continue to investigate the robbery of a local gas station Tuesday night.
At 5:52 p.m., officers from the St. Marys Police Department arrived at the Shell gas station, 1115 Celina Road, on a report of a robbery. The suspect — a medium build, dark-complected white male with facial hair standing 5’11” to 6 feet tall, who was wearing a blue and gold hooded sweatshirt and grey shorts — demanded money from the clerk and indicated he had a weapon.
