ST. MARYS — Per Auglaize County Sheriff's Office: Snow squalls will be possible through early evening, along with gusty winds making white out conditions possible.

Wind Chill Advisory Issued

ST. MARYS — The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory in effect from 4 p.m. Wednesday untill noon Friday with readings 10 to 24 degrees below zero possible.

Beef Royalty Crowned

WAPAKONETA — Jenna Heitkamp, a New Bremen Middle School student, and Michaela Kramer, a freshman at Ohio State University, were named the 2015 Auglaize County Cattlemen's Association Beef Princess and Queen Tuesday night.

Preschool Dance Party

Feb. 18: A preschool dance party will be held at 11 a.m. today at the St. Marys Community Public Library for those 3 to 5.

ST. MARYS —  From the Auglaize County Sheriff's Office — the state parks will have Edgewater closed between the Ohio 703 and Ohio 364 area and Watercrest until this evening for tree maintenance.

Crews Battle Blaze

ST. MARYS — State investigators will be on the scene today to try and determine the cause of a fire that burned a home on Marsh Drive to the ground.

At approximately 10:45 p.m. Monday, a call went out to the St. Marys Township Fire Department reporting a fully involved structure fire at 337 Marsh Drive in St. Marys. St. Marys Township Fire Chief Chad Hicks said a sheriff’s deputy was the first on the scene and confirmed the eyewitness report.

St. Marys, Celina and New Knoxville Fire Departments were called to the scene for mutual aid.
