Billie Shelton, 73, of Lima, died at 6:10 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, at his residence.
He was born on May 27, 1938, in Jackson, Ky., to Bud and Mary Combs Shelton, and they preceded him in death.
On April 7, 2003, he married Hester Robinson, and she survives him in Lima.
Anne Prueter, 86, of 1315 Kimberly Drive, St. Marys, and a longtime resident of Perrysburg, died at 9:46 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, at the Gardens of Celina.
She was born on April 4, 1925, in Waynesfield, to P. L. and Addie (Coolidge) Pepple, and they preceded her in death.
On March 23, 1947, she married Albert “Tiny” Prueter, and he preceded her in death on May 22, 2005.
Ned Temple, 76, of Celina, died at 10:50 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, at the Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford.
He was born on Aug. 15, 1935, in Rockford, to Lowell and Helen (Cook) Temple, and they preceded him in death.
On Dec. 29, 1956, he married Janice A. Kolp, and she survives him.
He is also survived by two sons, Tom (Shelly) Temple of Vandalia and Scott Temple of Dayton; two daughters, Valerie (Chris) Anspaugh of Plain City and Sheila (Jim) Hawkins Jr. of Celina; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Ruth (Wollam) Cassonova, 84, formerly of Mendon, died on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, in Pottstown, Pa.

Roberta Barnes, 94, of St. Marys, died on Friday, Oct. 28, 2011, at Otterbein – St. Marys.
Arrangements are being completed with the Miller Funeral Homes in St. Marys.
Lavern S. Rindler, 86, of St. Henry, died at 10:40 a.m. Monday, Oct. 31, 2011, at the Gardens at St. Henry.
He was born on Jan. 1, 1925, in Cranberry Prairie, to Ferd and Mary (Bohman) Rindler, and they preceded him in death.
On Oct. 5, 1948, in North Star, he married Dolores H. (Huber), and she preceded him in death on Sept. 30, 2001.
ST. MARYS — The race for the three St. Marys City Council-at-Large seats has a field of former and current officeholders as well as a newcomer.
Incumbents Ron Ginter, 813 Lake Ave., and Jim Harris, 413 Concord Ave., are seeking re-election as Kristine Collins, 216 Walnut St., and Lyndella Andrews, 702 Columbia St., are seeking to regain a spot on city council. Joining the four is political newcomer Bob Fitzgerald, 1713 Fenway Court, who brings the slate of candidates to five.
ST. MARYS — A local organization has opened shop to the public to provide baby-related products to area residents at a lower cost.
The Baby Boutique, of the Family Life Center of Auglaize County, is now open to the public. The once member-only boutique provides new or gently used baby products at a discounted rate. Family Life Center Director Candice Dicke said the change was made to bring awareness of what the center has to offer area residents.

WAPAKONETA — Wapakoneta City Schools Superintendent Keith Horner said officials with the Wapakoneta City Schools met with Dr. Dan Ross, Commissioner of the OHSAA and his Assistant Commissioners at their office in Columbus.
"After having a discussion, we are happy to say that we will be participating in the Ohio High School football playoffs," Horner said in a statement. "We wish all the students athletes participating in any sport good luck in their playoff or tournament. Wapakoneta City School officials will not have any further comment."
